What AapkaMandap is

AapkaMandap is an online technology marketplace that connects customers with wedding gardens, banquet halls and wedding service providers ("Partners").

AapkaMandap is not an event manager. The Partner is responsible for providing the garden or service. AapkaMandap provides the listing, verification, booking records and online payment.

What this website does today

Until the app launches, this website only provides information and collects names and numbers for launch updates. No bookings are made and no money is taken through this website.

The estimate shown on the website is based on a sample garden. It is not a real rate, offer or booking for any garden.

Listings and verification

Before listing, every Partner goes through KYC, GST checks where applicable, a food licence check for caterers, and a site visit. Verification does not guarantee the quality of a Partner’s service, but a listing can be removed if its information is found to be false.

Bookings, payment and cancellation

The full terms for bookings and payment will be published here before the app launches. Before any payment, the customer will be shown the full bill and the refund table for cancellations.

Disputes and grievances

For complaints, contact the Grievance Officer as described on the Contact page. Any dispute relating to these terms is subject to the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
